Order on line
After you place an order on our site, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided us. Another email will be sent to the same email address once the order has been shipped to you. Please note that all products available on this site are subject to Availability.
Processing and validating order details normally takes one or two business days, after which time approved orders are forwarded to one of our shipping agents. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your order's delivery process usually takes between 1+1/2 and 3 weeks - depending on the shipping method that you have chosen for delivery and the country that the order was shipped to. However, as some delays may occur due to third parties please be patient and don”t hesitate to contact us via email.
We accept Paypal, Moneybookers, you may ask for other specific payment method.
All orders will be billed in US currency. When an order is placed, we will wait till the Paypal or Moneybooker notice us that we have receive the money for that order. We will not ship your order until we receive a clear payment.
We allow you to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that match's your card institution's records. We recommend that you contact us before doing your payment or place a note along with the payment you make. Please note that orders will go to the address you register if you don’t notify us about shipping to other places.
All orders will require 24 - 72 business hours for processing time. Notice that all payments made on Fridays will wait till Mondays for them to be processed.
All orders will be shipped via Regular post (Posta Romana) standard from our fulfillment centers. In case you want Express shipping please ask first, we will give you the options we have and after that you will be able to pay for your orders.
We can ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide. Our preferred carriers are Posta Roamana or Express carriers like EMS, but considering your location we can find other solutions too. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or DHL.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.
For INTERNATIONAL shipments: each country has different regulations on customs and duty. We sell the goods free of sales tax when shipped outside of EUROPE. However, customer will need to be responsible for their country’s customs and duty on their order. Also, customer will need to be responsible for any Brokerage fee charges by shipping carrier such as UPS.
We will have your order dispatched within 24 – 72 hours, orders may be canceled providing you contact us no later than 24 hours after completing an order By E-mailing us.
